This particular model was manufactured only from 1957 to 1963. It is named as such because of its very unique gullwing doors. These doors flap like a seagull in such a way that they go upwards for you to get inside. One of these models, after restoration fees, will cost about 1.5 million dollars. Mercedes Benz models are normally expensive which explains that price tag.
